Important Note: You will be flying into Milan, Italy and departing out of Geneva, Switzerland
When booking your air, make sure that your flight is to Milan, Italy (Airport Code - MXP) and that it will arrive on October 11th, before 11:30am if possible. When booking your return flight, make sure that you are departing on October 20th from Geneva International Airport (Airport Code – GVA)), if possible, between 9:00am – 11:00am.
Upon arrival in Milan, a FoCA representative will be at the airport to meet you. Once you collect your baggage and pass through Customs, look for our local host who will be holding a “FoCA” sign. They will escort you to awaiting transportation to take you to your hotel in Ascona, Switzerland. Carl and Anne will be waiting to greet you upon your arrival at the Giardino Ascona Hotel.

Important Note:Passport: For travel to Italy and Switzerland, U.S. citizens are required to carry a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after you return home (i.e., April 21, 2020). It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid.
For citizens of other countries, please call ETCic for more specific requirements. Homeland Security regulations require that all passengers travel in the same name as shown on their passport. Passengers could be denied boarding if the name on the ticket and passport are not the same. If a name change has occurred (due to marriage, for instance), it is strongly suggested that you renew your passport to the correct and current name. Contact ETCic for further information.

Note: The land package is based on US Dollars using the USD/Euro exchange rate at the time of signing the contracts and is subject to change.
Depending on the date of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be assessed as a percentage of the package, per person cost::

From May 23 – August 10, 2019 to September 09, 2019:..........$500.00 per person
From September 10 to departure:..........100% of total, per person
You may want to consider purchasing travel medical, baggage and trip cancellation insurance. You just never know what may happen to you, a travelling companion or an immediate family member!! We use a company called TravelEx Insurance Services that offers two levels of coverage – Travel Basic and Travel Select. Rates are dependent on the total cost of the trip (air and land) and the age of the traveler.
Please Note: In order to cover "pre-existing medical conditions," you will want to use the Travel Select policy. To qualify, you need to purchase the coverage within 21 days of your tour deposit. For more details please call the toll free 800 number listed above.
